All services, including AI-generated code, content, and automations, are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Alconio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or "fitness for a particular purpose" of AI outputs.
B. User Responsibility for AI Outputs
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and legality of any output generated by Alconio's AI services before using it in a live environment or for commercial purposes. Alconio is not liable for errors, hallucinations, or "bugs" generated by AI models.
C. Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alconio, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business reputation) arising from your use of our services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
D. Liability Cap
In no event shall Alconio’s total liability for any claim exceed the amount paid by you to Alconio for the services during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
E. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Alconio harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of our services or your violation of third-party intellectual property rights through the data you input into our systems.
