Cap on Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alconio’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Alconio during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
No Indirect Damages: Alconio is not liable for loss of profits, data breaches caused by third-party AI providers, or any indirect or consequential damages.
